During the Stellar Developer Meeting, Orbitlands and Raf demonstrated two key infrastructure tools for the Stellar ecosystem. Reflector is a decentralized price feed oracle governed by a DAO-controlled multisig of reputable organizations, offering free on-chain price data (updated every 5 minutes) and premium subscriptions with user-defined triggers and webhook notifications. The protocol currently secures over $15 million in DeFi contracts and is used by projects like Blend and Lena. Refractor is a free multisig transaction storage and signature aggregation service launched in 2021, designed to simplify DAO administration and joint custody workflows by allowing users to upload transaction XDR, share signing links, and automatically submit once thresholds are met. Both tools are open-source and support the growing Stellar DeFi ecosystem.
