The Stellar Development Foundation has launched an all-new Stellar Lab, a modernized web-based toolkit for developers to create accounts, test transactions, explore RPC methods and Horizon endpoints, and interact with the Stellar network. The redesigned interface includes mobile optimization, XDR-to-JSON conversion support, and the ability to save and share API requests.
Stellar Lab has been completely redesigned with a modern, user-friendly interface for developers to test transactions, explore APIs, and interact with the Stellar network. Key features include account creation on Mainnet, Testnet, and Futurenet with Friendbot funding; access to Soroban RPC methods and Horizon endpoints; transaction simulation and submission with custom RPC provider support; the ability to save and share API requests with teammates; canonical XDR-to-JSON mapping for data conversion; and mobile-responsive design. The new Lab maintains backward compatibility by keeping the previous version accessible at old-lab.stellar.org, though it will no longer receive active maintenance. The SDF is soliciting community feedback on GitHub for future feature requests and improvements.
