The Stellar Development Foundation announced Stellar Community Fund 4.0, a major expansion of its grant program as part of the $100 million Soroban Adoption Fund. The program now runs every 4 weeks instead of twice yearly, with no cap on winning projects and awards ranging from $10k-150k in XLM. Submissions open February 13 with deadlines on March 12, April 9, May 7, and June 6. The SCF has supported over 400 projects in five years and now explicitly welcomes Soroban-based projects alongside classic Stellar projects. Additional support includes SCF Kickstart bootcamps and Sorobanathon for developers to learn and build.
