The SDF's Q4 2023 report demonstrates progress on its 2023 roadmap focused on making innovation easy, winning over builders, and building trust through utility. Key achievements include the release of Protocol 20 software supporting Soroban's phased mainnet rollout, distribution of nearly $4M in lumens across 88 projects through three rounds of the Stellar Community Fund (totaling $13M to 190+ projects in 2023), and reaching 100% project type representation in Soroban's Minimum Viable Ecosystem. The report also highlights ecosystem engagement activities like RPCiege and Sorobanathon, publication of a policy paper on open systems, and significant humanitarian impact through Stellar Aid Assist, which has now disbursed over $2M to 1,500+ individuals via the Stellar Disbursement Platform.
