The outage reduced the network to 21 validator nodes, with some failing due to reliance on SDF's Horizon API. Exchanges including Bitstamp paused XLM withdrawals while investigating, though Coinbase and others monitored the situation. SDF confirmed the network itself had not halted and remained operational for users running their own Horizon instances.
