The collaboration will create scalable solutions leveraging the Stellar network to enhance digital financial services, facilitate transparent cross-border transactions, and provide low-cost payment solutions for humanitarian aid, remittances, and cash transfer programs. The partnership will include joint pilots, knowledge sharing, and capacity building to empower underserved populations in developing regions.
