Notable recipients include Boundless ($110k), Loop ($139.6k), Houdiniswap ($115k), Diameter Pay ($147k), and Post-Quantum Secure Wallets ($150k). The round saw 85 submissions with 50 first-time applicants. Analysis revealed voter apathy challenges, with many community members unable to deeply review all proposals, leading delegates to independently select 14 additional projects for funding. Governance metrics showed 81 delegatees and 27 active voters, with participation skewed toward Pilot/Pathfinder tiers and SCF-awarded project teams. The SCF plans to address these structural issues in the v7.0 redesign launching early 2026.
